SHIPPING AND RETURNS
DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays. To be included in the dispatch, orders must be placed before 12pm on those days.
Import fees and taxes are calculated at checkout.
RETURNS
If you are returning your item from outside the Australia please ensure you mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties & taxes incurred being deducted from your refund.
Please return in original packaging.
Please note returns and exchanges are processed on Fridays.

RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of your order. If we receive a return outside of our specified returns window, we reserve the right to decline the return. However, if you would like to have the product shipped back to you, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping including any duties/taxes incurred.
In the case of preorders as we are making your items for you and would not otherwise buy the stock we cannot accept returns. We will do what we can if sizing is an issue to swap your item but cannot ensure this is possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you wish to exchange your item please note we cannot reserve items. We can only honour your exchange request if the item is in stock at the time of processing.
Please note we do not refund duties and taxes and can only offer exchanges for Australian customers.
RETURNS SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have returned and item and have not had a notification from us that your refund has been issued, please email us hello@peopleofprogress.com
If you have received a refund email but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 days and is out of our control and is down to banking times.
